Hard to come by and very sought after in this sort of "as new" condition, don't expect you'll walk away with these bad boys for pocket change. But unlike one numb-nut I came across trying to flog a set for $681 I'm a reasonable guy. So just reverse that and we have a deal.
And if you love your Fords then I hope your sitting down. If those two beauties weren't already enough Ford to satisfy you then be warned, your head might actually explode when you see that I've also got not one but TWO complete sets of 75871, which is of course Lego's representation of Carroll Shelby's iconic Ford Mustang GT....
These can go for more than $200 but because I'm in a good mood multiply that by 1.5 then subtract $50, then divide by 5, add $31, take the square root of that add $1 before you work out that values highest common factor with 15 with which all you'll need to do is simply cube that and voilà how's that for value for money?
Of coarse, not everyone is a Ford fan. If you happen to be one of those people who think that the joy you felt after the birth of your children comes a close second to the elation you experienced when you heard about the demise of the Falcon, then you you need to get your priorities right. In the meantime however, get ready to forget all about little Jimmy and Patsy while you build a couple of Camaro's and put them up against each other. If you're smiling right now, then I hope your neighbours are ready to look after that time consuming Patsy and frustratingly inquisitive Jimmy, because you know Lego set # 75874 is coming your way!
Only a greedy charlatan would try and slug you $265 like someone is asking on Brickset, and I am neither a charlatan or often greedy. And you know that cash you didn't bother to cough up for a real babysitter, well that's going to go a long way towards covering the asking price for these bundles of excitement. Just add all the numbers in the set #, and divide that by 2 (or multiple it by 0.5, whatever floats your boat). Don't get too excited, we're not quite done yet. All you need to do to work out what you'll have to pay for this set is take that number and then multiple that by the square root of 100 and if that works for you then I think we can both walk away very happy indeed.
